Since 2006, Sharp’s Latin America Group has had a joint marketing partnership with Warner Brothers Pictures Latin America Division. The purpose of the agreement is to cross promote products from both companies in a way that highlights the most important features of each product and brand.

The agreement consists of Sharp making available to Warner Brothers its network of LCD Displays that are prominently located in the most upscale retail environments throughout Latin America and Warner Brothers giving Sharp the exclusive right to display high impact trailers of their upcoming new releases.

Sharp Network: Over 2,200 LCD displays and 5 Outdoor locations with Jumbo Screen installations in public spaces throughout 21 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean generating 214 Million impressions over a 12 week campaign.

Results: In the periods covered by the promotions Sharp saw an increase of LCD sales of more than 47%. At the same time, Warner Brothers movies released in the markets where the promotions were done experienced an increase of 38% in ticket sales over previous releases.
